This Legendary Pokemon appeared to me and Squirtle just outside of Pallet. While I was trying to figure out what it wanted, some stupid kid ran up and got it angry. I still have no idea why it approached me, but I'm going to find out why.

Bugsy's the Gym Leader of Azalea Town in Johto. I met him in Viridan City when his pokemon were being really obnoxious with their training and made a challenge to beat him in two days' time. He's obsessed with bug pokemon.
