While a child at heart, Bugsy houses an intellect that rivals most grown adults. Over time, I have come to respect his opinions as a fellow Gym Leader and as a very dear friend. I feel that self-expression comes easier when we are together, though his innocent nature sometimes makes for a very formidable opponent concerning honesty and various social situations. However, this only adds to his more...endearing and amiable qualities.
